1. Eligibility

- Visionary Creator, Innovative Brand Excellence, and Collaborative Genius: Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Rising Talent: Participants must be under 17 years old.
- These requirements ensure that entries are appropriately categorized by skill level and experience.
- Geographical Eligibility: Participation is open globally with no geographical restrictions.
2. Submission Guidelines
- Entry Fees: A separate entry fee applies to each category. The fee amount is listed on the submission page of each award.
- Accepted Formats:
- Submissions are accepted in JPEG, PNG, PDF, or MP4 (for video).
- All entries must comply with the technical requirements specified during submission.
- Content Requirements: All submissions must be original, creative works that reflect the participant’s unique perspective in alignment with the selected award category. Plagiarism or copyrighted content without proper permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property and Consent
- Ownership of Work: Padikku.com does not claim ownership of the submitted work. However, by submitting an entry, you confirm that the work is your own and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
- Consent for Display: After winners are announced, participants will be sent a consent form. Upon signature, Padikku.com may display the winning entries on its portal and use them for promotional purposes related to Padikku Recognitions.
4. Judging and Awards
- Awards and Recognition:
- Winners will receive digital certificates and have the opportunity for exposure through Padikku’s platform.
- Winners will be announced on Padikku.com, and all winners will be notified via phone and email.
- Judging Process: All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of experts in each category. Judges’ decisions are final and made with transparency, fairness, and integrity.
5. Limitation of Liability
Padikku.com is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by participants or third parties due to participation in the awards, use of the platform, or display of entries on the portal.
- Disqualification: Padikku.com reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or submits inappropriate content.
6. Data Privacy

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes arising from participation in Padikku Recognitions will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Dubai, UAE.
